Executive summary

D4S is pleased to submit this tender response for structural engineering services on Woking High Street Regeneration. Our proposal covers RIBA Stages 2–4, with the principal effort concentrated in Stage 4 technical design, BIM coordination and the production of a contractor-ready tender package. Our approach is based on early identification of site and building constraints, robust coordination with the design team, and a structural strategy that supports planning certainty, programme and the client's sustainability and local supply chain commitments.
